Daily Averages Gold Clearing Data - March 2026

The volume of gold transferred in February increased by 1.2% month on month (m/m) to 17.9mn ounces, with the corresponding value transferred down by 2% m/m to $87bn. There were 8,679 transfers, 1.2% higher m/m, with the clearers settling on average 2,061 ounces per transfer, no change m/m.

Daily Averages Silver Clearing Data - March 2026

For silver, the volume of ounces transferred increased by 8.6% m/m to 218mn ounces, with the corresponding value transferred up 3.3% m/m to $17.1bn. The number of transfers decreased by 23.1% m/m to 2,695, with the clearers settling on average 80,870 ounces per transfer, 41.3% higher m/m.

The average gold/silver price ratio in March increased to 61.9 from 60.8 in February.
